Since before I have tried this one I didn’t love marmelade : too bitter, too different from the idea of jam I had.
Once I tried this made with LOVE by Italian Benedectine nuns’ hands in Pistoia’s monastery ( a very small community indeed, 3-4 people only left) with organic oranges from their cloister, I start loving this.
It’s a perfect balanced taste, unforgettable !
Perfect as an energetic breakfast with fresh ricotta cheese and toasted bread.
congratulaions on your new blog Miky! And I love this article! natural marmalade made by nuns in pistoia! You know we have the ‘marmalade awards’ here!!!

Thank you Fiona!!
No, I didn’t know it… could I send or – better – bring with me some to take aprt of the awards? or it is just for English producers?
They make also pectine from the organges’ seeds by themselves…a great looong job !
Did you see my London posts?xxx
