Ginseng coffee: ever tried??

Love it!
I know is not common abroad so I think you should try it when you are in Italy.
There is a special machine who makes it : sometimes it is already sweetened but I prefer to add sugar as much as I like.The taste is really full & smooth ,creamy and I can’t have one in the afternoon or I can’t sleep!
This one in the pict has been served in Illy Caffè cups decorared in animalier perfect style for a cool starter !
