Maybe you remember when in a previous post I mentioned The Italian Macarons’ origins : Caterina dei Medici from Florence exported them to France in The XVI century when she moved to France to get married to Henry II Of France.
Nowadays another lady brought them back to Italy : first in Milan & Rome and now in Tuscany , Lucca & Florence.
She speaks fluently Italian but she is coming from Odessa ,her daughter is born in Florence and she is based with her family here.
I Wish to Thank Mrs Svetlana Voloshyna to have given to My region two beautiful shops with delicious Macarons and a chic twist to our streets , a romantic French allure!
