Last Sunday I was invited to visit & of course to taste , some innovative proposals by
“Il grigio veneziano” restaurant just outside Pistoia, Montecatini direction.
A stunning motto is written on The walls’ hall : cleanness, precision &… passion ( in Italian all these words start with P : pulizia,precisione , passione) ,
a Very Good beginning indeed 😉👏
Loved The relaxing and chic athmoshere : homemade bread & soft focaccia , delicious asparagus soup with purple salt, fantastic Sacher torte with thick jam & soft dough.
Found all The three adjectives above mentioned filling The ambient .
The owner is a young chef with a great passion for what he does , Giulio Paolini, from Pistoia.
Lovely presentation & really tasty food with original decorations , enjoy!
