Not too soft bed not too soft pillow
Many complimentary bath accessories
Smiling & helpful people at The reception desk ad Miss Ana 👍😉👏

Welcome drink
Welcome letter with a chocolate bar the first night
Beautiful fornitures & paintings
Good smells
Room with a ( nice) view 
Multicolour walls & a ……secret garden!😵😵😵
Where reading a book or having a drink into the peace of a vertical garden inside the hotel👏👏👏
