“A Settembre l’uva è matura e il fico pende” this is an old farmers’ saying = in Septmber grape is mature & fig hangs…this morning I had the proof this is trally true !in Pistoia’s countryside lots of sweet grape & figs !
My breakfast was made of this fantastic & organic fruits👏👏
Many hands working in the fields to collect grapes as we are used to do in the past to make a great wine , this season we had lot of sun & it is so tasty can’t imagine how it could be transformed in wine😍😊😊delicious!
Father & son working hard together every season of the year in the wineyard to produce an excellent & totally organic small wine production .
This our history,our past , our roots come from here I feel very close to these traditions .
