So let’s see how to make a good risotto with few simple ingredients & in about 30 minutes only👍👍
The kind of rice you use is so important ! it has to be good as this one – Carnaroli – this is made in italy by www.riservasanmassimo.it
The vegetable broth is so easy & quick to do so you can make a healthier & lighter risotto than using pre- prepeared ones.
In this case I used courgettes but you can use artichokes as well as asparagus or red celerey if you haven’t zucchini : the easy way to prepear it is just the same.
When it is cooked add some blue cheese and leave it covered for 5 minutes, then serve it with a good red Chianti wine.
