An interesting little book written by Sandra Ristoro – expert in  Etruscan  archeology  and  Gilberto Stanghini  – grower in Pistoia and member of   http://www.vivaistipistoiesi.it  – was presented to 30 journalists invited to  Pistoia for a press tour visiting our greenhouses and of course olives plantations.
